If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to XHL for a full refund within 30 days of purchase (Returns must be in original clean condition and in the original packaging)*. We want our customers to have the best possible, worry free online shopping experience, so if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just email our award winning customer service team and request a Return Merchandise Authorization.
*With XHL's 30 day return policy, there are no special catches. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the original clean condition
• You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
• Simply email our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• Products must be in the condition you received them, in the original box and/or packaging, and free of any residue. You are responsible for the costs to return all items to XHL.
• Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment center (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
*Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds of XHL Tubes.
