Warranty Information


The 3 Year Platinum Warranty can be purchased for $149.99 and adds the following layers of protection to our standard warranty:

1. Covers 1 accidental damage or breakage to the EVO™ within the warranty period.

2. Covers 1 accidental damage or breakage to the HydraTube™ within the warranty period. Does not include limited edition specialty glass. 

3. XHL handles the shipping costs for product repairs. 

4. Prioritized scheduling with our production facility on warranty service repairs.

Note: Must be purchased within the same order as your XHL Starter Kit.


All EVOs purchased through our website come standard with the 3 Year Limited Warranty.

Warranty Instructions:

Please review the 3 Year Limited Warranty details below.

To obtain warranty service, you must first register online here within 30 days of purchase date or warranty is null and void. Then, take the Product, in its original packaging and send it to XHL (address will be provided when you are ready to send unit back to us). Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility. XHL will not reimburse repairs performed by any third party.

Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipted invoice which is evidence that the unit is within the Warranty period must be presented to obtain warranty service. Refurbished unit will have a warranty period of 90 days.

3 Year Limited Warranty Information

XHL Technologies, Inc. ("XHL") warrants  the EVO (“Product”) against defects in material or workmanship under normal use for a period of 3 years from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user. If the Product is determined to be defective, XHL will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, a) repair the Product defect, b) replace the Product with a product that is new or one that is at least the functional equivalent, or c) pay the labor charges to a XHL authorized service facility to repair the Product. After the Warranty Period, you must pay for all parts and labor charges.


Exclusions and Limitations

The Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by XHL that can be identified by the XHL or EVO trademark, tradename or logo affixed to them and purchased directly from XHL or thru a XHL Authorized Retailer. This Limited Warranty applies only to the original end-user purchaser and is non-transferable.

This Limited Warranty does not cover customer instruction, installation, glass components (including the Bamboo), set up adjustments or user error issues.

This Limited Warranty does not apply to a) damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, acts of piracy, or commercial use, b) damage due to improper operation or maintenance, connection to improper voltage supply, or attempted repair by anyone other than a facility authorized by XHL to service the Product, c) a Product, or any portion thereof, that has been modified to alter the functionality or capability of the Product,  d) damage to Product resulting from the use of a device to keep the Product running for an extended period of time or subvert the Product’s automatic shutoff feature e) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, nicks, and chipped material.

You have 24 hours to inspect and report any defects for all the glass components shipped with the Product. After 24 hours, XHL is not responsible for any damages that occur to ANY of the glass components in the Product or purchased as accessories. Any damages incurred after the 24 hour period is the responsibility of the customer.

This warranty does not cover Products sold AS IS or WITH ALL FAULTS, or consumables.

This warranty is invalid if the factory applied serial number has been altered or removed from the Product. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CONSUMER. XHL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANT-ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

Other Information.

We designed the unit to withstand years of proper use, however, service fees may apply if repairs become necessary.  Actual repair costs will vary but estimated fees for repairs are as follows:

1) Administrative fee for all services done by XHL - $20

2) Burned out Heater* - $130.00

3) Broken Bamboo Glass - $94.99

4) Damage to electronic system due to use with 3rd party equipment. - $150.00

5) Housing Replacement Service - $75.00

*Burned out heaters are typically the result of leaving the unit on 24/7. It is not recommended that you run your EVO with any device that will keep your unit running for more than 45 minutes. This extended usage can cause damage to your unit, and will void the warranty.
